Developing fitness habits at home is a challenge for teens. If they aren't involved in team sports, this is a great way to start getting their heart rate up to benefit from cardio and strength conditioning in a fun environment. We all remember our PE class and perhaps it was 2nd to lunch time as your favorite part of the day. The Move program was created to help add a fitness component to your child's customized education experience. As they develop into young men and women, they need to increase physical activity on a regular basis. The Move program will help them develop fitness habits and create a great social connection opportunities.
We'll be using fitbit style technology to help track fitness metrics like heart rate to monitor activity levels and also have goal setting to help students challenge themselves. Various locations will be used for this class including Helder Park 3751 104th ave, downtown Zeeland and other locations that will be determined.
