Mini Movers

Mini Movers for ages 5-8: This class introduces young children to movement and exercise through fun games, obstacle courses, and teamwork activities. Kids will develop basic motor skills, coordination, and a love for staying active in a playful, encouraging environment.

MOVE for ages 9-12: This class focuses on building strength, endurance, and sports fundamentals. Students will improve their agility, teamwork, and coordination through a mix of structured drills, fitness challenges, and friendly competitions in various sports.

  • Mini Movers (ages 5-8): 12:30pm - 1:30pm

    • Age Requirements

    What class should my child be in?

    Your child must be 5 years old by September 30, 2026 to register. If your child turns 5 in October, you will need administrative approval to join. If your child turns 5 in November or after, he/she cannot register until he/she turns 5 years old.

    If your child is 8 years old, please register him/her for the program that best suits the interest, skill level, and maturity of your child. See class descriptions below. Coach may request a change in program for your child if the other class is a better fit.

      If your child’s birthday is after the start of class in September, and their new age will move them up to the next class, please register them for that next class/the next age group. If your child’s birthday is October or later, register them for the class that is for their age at the start of the school year, do not move them up.

    Classes are held indoors in a gym and outdoors at Lawrence park when the weather is nice
