Foil Drive Distributor Pro Board Demos Expert Advice
Foil Club gathers weekly for dock-start sessions on pump boards or foil scooters. We start at
6:00 PM at Black Lake Boardwalk West. It’s a great spot to come watch or jump in and participate.
Before you start: sign the waiver and review the safety rules.
The best way to learn this water sport is on a foil scooter. It lets you feel the lift of the wings and
get familiar with the pump motion that keeps you flying.
Foil Club goes beyond riding. We meet at the Make Lab to design and build our
hydrofoil components: wings, boards, fuselage, and foil scooters. When the weather turns, we turn to the workshop.
Make Lab days run through the colder months so we’re ready for riding season. Every part we build gets
taken out on the water to test, connecting manufacturing and recreation in a way
that makes both more meaningful.

We’re pioneering foiling in West Michigan, and a portable floating dock is the key to safer, easier dock starts
for everyone in the club. We’re building one ourselves, and we’d love your help getting it on the water.
Any donations or supplies are appreciated. We’re also working directly with the County to
secure the best possible spot for our club to meet, launch, and grow this sport for the community.
Every bit helps us claim a permanent home for Foil Club.
